The planets mentioned above are PERSONAL PLANETS and are more representative of our individuality. That is because these planets move fast and don't remain in the same zodiac sign for too long. The faster the planet, the less probable it is for people in the same generation to share the same planet placement (sign and degree), making you unique in your peer group. The fastest moving planet is the Moon (it stays in the same sign for 2 days).
In contrast, other planets like Saturn, Jupiter and especially Neptune, Uranus and Pluto share the same sign for a generation. That is because these planets move slow. Jupiter stays in the same sign for 1 year, so you will have the same Jupiter sign as the people born in the same year as you. Whereas Pluto travels a sign in approximately 15 years, and you will have the same Pluto sign placement as many people alive around the globe. The slower the planet, the less personal it becomes, and traits of the planet in that respective sign become characteristics for a generation of people.
